The tale begins in 1992 in Torbole when Scarlata willing and passionate family decided to realize their dreams by giving life to Gelateria Liberty.
We are artisans of ice cream, admirers of healthy and good things of once upon a time.
We choose very carefully fresh ingredients, natural and top quality care and passion with which we work every day to give your palate sublime taste sensations, genuineness.

PRODUCTION

The production is carried out every day in our CE approved laboratory n.42/54, performing classic flavors and specialties, fruit sorbets, frozen desserts, ices, soft yogurt cups from vegetable specialties and centrifuges fruit, all take-away
